I recommend this to anyone who suffers from chronic cystitis or knows the insidious nature of it! I was frustrated with the endless antibiotics that worked for no more than a month. Initially, I ordered it in pill form, but the powder is more cost-effective. I take it continuously for half a day daily, and for 1.5 months, I have been cystitis-free. During acute episodes, I increased the dose and drank plenty of water. Additionally, I have chronic pyelonephritis, with sand and stones in my kidneys. Today, to my amazement, the ultrasound showed my kidneys are clear, without signs of sand or pyelonephritis. I am extremely grateful for this product and recommend taking it with cranberries.

My daughter was hospitalised with acute pyelonephritis, followed by UTIs. We use D-mannose daily as a preventative measure and increase the dose if she experiences any UTI warning signs. This has kept her off antibiotics and has been a true lifesaver.

Cured pyelonephritis

My daughter continuously suffered from urinary tract infections, leading to frequent pyelonephritis. We learned about this medication from a nephrologist and took it in courses. Now, we no longer have the pyelonephritis that tormented us for two years. She is also fine with cystitis. There is a bacterium, Escherichia coli, and I wonder if this drug will help. However, it needs to be taken in courses.

Living near the cold ocean, my recurrent cystitis returned, transforming into pyelonephritis last summer. After treatment, I began a course of urovaxom and this D-mannose. I take a teaspoon at night. Years ago, mannose in capsules helped me escape the cystitis cycle. I deemed the powder more economical with a greater dose. I've been well for five months now and fervently hope to long forget cystitis. Currently, I’m taking it nightly, then will switch to post-intercourse or hypothermia use.
